These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StyleMatch website, assessment, subscription services, certification programs, and all related products. By using StyleMatch, you agree to these Terms.
StyleMatch LC is a US-based design identity company. StyleMatch applies The Lewis Method™ — a neuroscience-based identity science methodology — to interior design, producing the StyleMatch Design Identity Profile™ for each subscriber. The Lewis Method™ is the proprietary intellectual property of its inventor and is licensed exclusively to StyleMatch LC for application to interior design and allied fields.
Some StyleMatch features require you to create an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
StyleMatch offers tiered subscription services (Standard, Pro, Team, Enterprise). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price displayed at purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
You may cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused credits.
All Sales Final. StyleMatch offers non-subscription products including Lifetime Design Identity Memberships, certification programs, AI Packs, additional rooms, and white-label report credits. Due to the personal nature of the StyleMatch Design Identity System and immediate access to digital methodology, AI rendering credits, and lifetime membership benefits, no refunds are offered. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
StyleMatch certification programs (Practitioner, Trainer, Master Instructor) require completion of all training components and ongoing annual renewal to maintain credential status. Certification earnings, commissions, and payout terms are governed by the StyleMatch Revenue Share and Referral Agreement, which participants accept separately.
The Lewis Method™ is the proprietary methodology of its inventor, exclusively licensed to StyleMatch LC. The StyleMatch Design Identity Profile™, Living Drives™, State Signature™, Design Archetype™, Behavioral Mindsets™, Lifestyle Traits™, Deep Discovery & Meaning™, Narrative Integration™, Style Pulse™ (in all variants — Macro, Mini, Micro), and all associated names, terminology, content, training materials, and algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of StyleMatch LC. You may use StyleMatch for personal or authorized professional purposes; you may not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or resell the methodology or its components without written permission.
You retain ownership of content you upload to StyleMatch (images, text, board creations, personal notes). By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content to provide our services. We will not use your content for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
StyleMatch may display links to third-party retailers where you can purchase recommended items. We may earn commissions on qualifying purchases. StyleMatch does not manufacture, sell, or ship physical products directly. Any purchase is a transaction between you and the retailer. StyleMatch provides design identity methodology and aligned recommendations as informational and educational services. We do not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Our methodology is inspired by principles of nervous-system alignment but is not a substitute for professional mental health care. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using StyleMatch recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StyleMatch LC's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, misuse the service, or threaten the safety of other users. You may terminate your account anytime.

StyleMatch participates in affiliate marketing programs with home décor, furniture, and lifestyle retailers. These programs allow us to earn commissions when you click a product link on our site and make a qualifying purchase from the retailer. Your price is the same whether you click our link or go to the retailer directly — the commission comes from the retailer's marketing budget, not from your purchase.
Product recommendations on StyleMatch are generated by our proprietary methodology — The Lewis Method™ as applied through StyleMatch — based on your individual StyleMatch Design Identity Profile™. Recommendations are not influenced by commission rates, retailer partnerships, or advertising relationships. We recommend what aligns with your identity, not what pays us the most.
We partner (or intend to partner) with affiliate networks including Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, ShareASale, and direct retailer programs including Wayfair Professional. Each network has its own tracking mechanisms and cookie policies; please see the retailer's privacy policy when making a purchase through their site.
When you click a product link on StyleMatch, you may be redirected to the retailer's website. A cookie is typically placed in your browser that credits StyleMatch with any purchase you make on that retailer within a certain window (often 24 hours to 30 days, depending on the program). You can clear these cookies anytime through your browser settings.
Affiliate commissions help us maintain and improve StyleMatch's services, build new features, continue research into nervous-system-aligned design, and keep subscription prices accessible. Without them, we would need to charge significantly more for access.
StyleMatch does not manufacture, stock, sell, or ship physical products. All physical product purchases are transactions between you and the third-party retailer, subject to their terms, pricing, shipping, and return policies.
